Enjoy peace of mind with our flexible booking terms. Guests may cancel their private charter at least 24 hours before the scheduled experience for a full refund. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, including lateness or no-shows, may not qualify for a refund as the vessel is reserved exclusively for your group.
Your safety is our absolute priority. The captain reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel a charter at any time if weather or sea conditions create a safety concern. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cruise passengers should provide their ship name during booking to ensure seamless communication regarding delays or changes.
Terms and Conditions

BINDING AGREEMENT
Participation in any Ocean Blue Charters voyage implies full acceptance of these terms. All guests must provide accurate identification and group details prior to boarding.

BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
Base rates start at $350 per group of six. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to secure your charter. Rates include boat use, crew, and select refreshments.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests may cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled experience for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable unless cancelled by the Captain.

CAPTAIN'S AUTHORITY
Our Captain holds absolute authority to alter itineraries or cancel excursions due to weather, sea conditions, or safety risks. Safety remains our paramount priority at all times.

RISK AND LIABILITY
Guests engage in swimming, snorkeling, and marine activities at their own risk. Ocean Blue Charters is not liable for personal injury or loss of personal items during the charter.

MARINE STEWARDSHIP
Grand Cayman's reefs and wildlife must be respected. Removal of starfish from water or damage to coral is strictly prohibited. Guests must follow all local environmental laws.
